If you need to speak to a registered nurse on call, who is in contact with the clinician on call, please call 480-989-7377 and follow the prompts to leave a message for the nurse on all (option 9). Be certain to state your full name along with your phone number, so a return call can be made as soon as possible.
For new and existing patients, we would like to try and help you make the best use of your time. We have provided access to patient forms that can be completed in advance of your visit along with the ability to schedule appointments and even pay your bill on line.
